2023 Annual Report For the first time in many years, the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) is publishing an annual report. In 2023, DCYF continued to make progress toward an improved child and family well-being system, helping us to achieve the vision of healthy children and youth, strong families, and diverse caring communities. DCYF is led by a strong set of guiding principles that are used to assist in making everyday decisions not only at the executive level, but also at the direct service level. Under the direction of Governor Dan McKee, DCYF is committed to the continuous improvement of the services we offer, and we work hand in hand with the Administration to help fulfil Governor McKee’s RI2030 plan in the areas of technology, human capital, cost savings and efficiency, and community engagement. On behalf of the DCYF Executive Leadership team please review our annual report on the highlights of our work in 2023. Click here to review our 2023 Annual Report.
